Florida Getaway Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. Must be a U.S. resident to enter. Entrants may enter online by filling out our entry form or by mail to Keith Guillory, Re/Max Fine Properties, 4565 Highway 6, Suite A, Sugar Land, TX 77478, for a chance to win a Vacation package including 4 days, 3 nights accommodations in a luxury condominium at the exclusive World Golf Resort in Florida. The winning entry must contain a valid E-mail or mailing address, and phone number. All entries become the property of Guillory Homes and may not be acknowledged or returned.

4. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Employees of Guillory Homes and members of their families may not participate.

5. A total of one winner will be chosen on the revised date of Monday, October 6th, 2003 from all entries received by midnight (CST) on Sunday October 5th, 2003.  Prize must be claimed within 48 hours of notification or a new winner will be chosen.  All decisions of the judges are final.

6. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Participants can enter only once. No substitutions for prize. Travel is subject to availability, and must be taken within the following dates: to be determined. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited and except where winner is a minor. If a minor wins the prize, it will be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian, who must execute any necessary affidavits and releases. Winners will receive a letter verifying their prize/award and must complete requested information and return letter before the prize/award will be sent.

7. This sweepstake is subject to all state, federal and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the US and where prohibited. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
